HEALTH GUARANTEE

The new puppy that you are purchasing is guaranteed healthy and free of communicable diseases at the time you take possession. If the puppy, within 48 hours after the buyer takes possession, is found by a licensed veterinarian not be in good health (internal, external parasites, and kennel cough excluded) you must notify us within 48 hours with a written statement from your licensed veterinarian. Failure to return written report within 24 hours of exam invalidates this contract. The breeder then agrees to exchange the puppy for another puppy for the same price, upon return of the puppy (uninjured or harmed) and registration papers to the breeder. We reserve the right to have the diagnosis verified by another veterinarian of our choice before exchange. A refund will be given only upon receipt of the report from a licensed veterinarian. THE BREEDER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EXPENSES INCURRED. Any shipping expenses for returning or sending the new puppy would be at the buyer's expense. You must notify us the day of initial examination to make claim for a replacement puppy. The original puppy must be returned (alive) within 24 hours along with all paperwork. If you choose Euthanasia without our prior consent you will forfeit any guarantees within this contract. You agree to fill out all necessary forms to return ownership of puppy to breeder. This decision will be at the discretion of Running Acres. If you qualify for a replacement puppy, we will provide a new puppy of equal value, if one is available, or from next available litter ( WITHIN 1 YEAR OF ORIGINAL DATE OF PURCHASE). If you choose a puppy of greater value you are responsible to pay the difference The puppy is guaranteed for 48 hours from the date and time you the buyer take possession against infectious diseases such as parvo, corona, or distemper.

It is also your responsibility to safe guard your puppy’s health and obtain medical treatments for it when needed. We are extremely diligent in our protection and care of them from birth to the time they come to be your puppy and have done everything humanly possible to ensure they are healthy and well adjusted.

Your puppy has been on a de-worming and vaccination schedule when you receive it. It is very important that you provide this information to your veterinarian immediately. de-worming and vaccinations, including yearly boosters, must continue on a regular basis or contract is void. The buyer agrees to take good care of the puppy and provide adequate food, water, housing, and medical care. The buyer agrees to follow the breeder’s recommendations regarding feeding, exercise, and general care.

We are not responsible for vet fees, treatment costs, transportation costs, stress, or other expenses. All sales are final and irreversible with the only exceptions being those as stated above.

We require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit to hold a puppy. We must receive payment in full at least 1 week before your puppy will be shipped or if being picked up cash is required at pickup for the amount owed.
